Covid-19 Sanitary measures

Blainville Ford

Important message for our loyal customers

Since Monday May 25, we have resumed operations both in the service department and in sales. However, be aware that we respect the protocol proposed by the Corporation des Concessionnaires Automobiles du Québec (CCAQ). Of course, the health and safety of our customers and staff remains our priority. This is why the health measures and protocols approved by the government have been put in place and their application will be closely monitored by our internal authorities.

We invite you to read the procedure below before going to the dealership.

Upon entering the dealership you will:

  • Wash your hands with our antiseptic gel (antibacterial) (We ask you to use this gel as often as possible during your visit. You will notice that several antiseptic gel stations are located in various locations in the dealership).
  • If you must go to the showroom, we ask you not to touch the vehicles on demonstration. In order to minimize the risk of propagation, a sales representative will explain the procedure to you (if you would like more information on a vehicle presented).
  • Our staff is committed to respecting government rules, there will be no physical contact so no handshake.
  • Various posters appear in the concession about the 2 meters of social distancing, we ask you to respect this instruction. Contact with our technical advisers, parts advisers, sales representatives and our receptionists will be done behind a plexiglass. We ask you to stay behind the plexiglass and not to speak on the sides not covered by it.
  • Trade-in vehicle evaluation? Repairing a used vehicle? Our staff will opt for wearing gloves and disinfecting the vehicle to minimize the risk of spread.
  • Access to the bathroom is limited to one person at a time. We will not allow a waiting line inside this space. (You will have to wait in the corridor).
  • Our staff must fill out a symptom notification form every morning to ensure their health and to ensure that no employee with Covid-19 related symptoms comes at the dealership.
